Six forms of phosphorus-free calcium:  Calcium (as chelate/caseinate/carbonate/gluconate/lactate/sulfate), are supplemented with other nutrients to maximize absorption and utilization.

Ingredients :

Each Tablet Contains:  Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 20 mg, Calcium (as chelate, caseinate, gluconate, sulfate, lactate, carbonate) 250 mg, Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 135 IU, Magnesium (as oxide) 10 mg.  Proprietary blend 15 mg* of:  Betaine (as hydrochloride), L-Glutamic Acid (as hydrochloride), L-Lysine (as hydrochloride).

Contraindications :

Hyperparathyroidism or sarcoidosis patients should avoid vitamin D supplementation. Hypercalciuria and hypercalcemia are usually not seen unless the daily dose exceeds 2400 IU.
