Ingredients :

Each Tablet Contains:  Folate (as L-5 methyltetrahydrofolate) 400 mcg, Vitamin B-12 (as methylcobalamin) 1000 mcg.  Proprietary blend 1 mg* of:  Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate

Contraindications :

Vitamin B-12 is non-toxic. Being water-soluble, excesses are excreted in the urine.
